By purchasing from Factory 913, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing

All products are described to the best of my ability, including card condition. Prices are in USD. If a pricing error occurs, I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders & Payment

Payment is due at checkout unless we've agreed on other terms. Orders ship within 3 business days.

Claim Sales

Instagram claim sale rules: first timestamped claim in the comments wins. Payment due within 24 hours. Unpaid claims go to the next person in line.

Limitation of Liability

Collectible card values fluctuate. I'm not liable for market changes after purchase. My liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
