Pokémon brought my family together. Tournaments with my kids, ripping packs at the kitchen table, raiding in Pokémon Go — that's the heart of this. Everything I sell and every event I run is built for that: parents and kids, collectors and players, everyone has a seat at the table.
Straight Dealings
I price cards at honest market value, and if a card has a flaw, you'll hear about it before you pay — not after. Twenty years in the Army taught me integrity isn't a slogan. It's how you operate when nobody's watching.
Community Over Everything
The Factory Family isn't a customer list. It's the people who rip packs with us on Instagram, who stop by the table at shows, who trade with us and hang out. I know a lot of you by name, and I want to keep it that way.
Spread the Joy
At the end of the day, these are cardboard rectangles that make people happy. A kid pulling their first Charizard, a collector finishing a master set — that's the whole point. I'm here to make more of those moments happen.
